This would be my third project to work on with this company. Also, my first time to build a property for renting in the Blue Mountains area. They always pick the land for me, or at least give me a hand, so the one we chose had an amazing view. I already pictured the house in my head and they perfectly translated it into the house they built. They made a real masterpiece this time and I am not easy to impress. They work with the high-quality materials which are essential if you ask me and besides that, they are all nice and well-mannered people. Last week, I got the keys and put the house on the renting site, and already the whole autumn season is booked. That speaks for itself.
Dealing with administrative matters when building or rebuilding is what causes me enormous stress. I desperately needed someone to handle the local planning and approvals for me. Luckily, I found the right people for the job. My mother’s house was wonderfully designed but old and almost unusable. So, we needed to rebuild it. I hired this company and as soon as they began working on the house, they were 100% dedicated to my project. There was always someone who could give me the answers I needed, or update me immediately about the construction status. Those were the things that I truly appreciate, besides the fact that they did an amazing job with the house. My personal experience was positive, so I would gladly advise people to work with them.
